My favorite thing about the Y was the opportunity to constantly be learning new things, while getting to work with some of the most encouraging, wonderful, and hardworking people. I was lucky enough to have a mentor that still supports me to this very day, and that itself tells you that the Y focuses on hiring the absolute best and most personable people.
