WELLNESS CENTER
In the Wellness Center, we believe that fitness should be available to all.
The Wellness Center is built around the idea that if space is warm and inviting everyone will feel comfortable exercising in that space.
Every day our motivated staff build relationships with members through open and honest communication. It is our sincerest hopes that you too will find the Wellness Center to be a welcoming environment that will drive you to achieve your fitness goals.
Wellness Center Hours:
Monday-Friday: 5a – 9p
Saturday/Sunday: 7a – 6p
The Wellness Center is open 24/7 for members with 24/7 access.

We offer a variety of the latest equipment so you can choose the equipment that’s right for you. All of the equipment can be modified to your desired intensity by changing either resistance, incline, or speed. Our cardio equipment includes:

Selectorized Weight Equipment
Matrix weight machines are selectorized machines that cover both major and minor types of training. These pin-selected machines use a weight stack and are designed to strengthen a particular muscle group using a specific movement.
