Youth Gymnastics

Gymnastics provides opportunities for youth to build confidence, learn new skills, make friends, and increase activity. Our coaches strive to provide opportunities for youth to develop leadership skills while increasing balance, strength, coordination, and agility. Participants learn how to set goals, fundamentals of gymnastics, sportsmanship, teamwork, and most importantly have FUN!

Classes are available to those ages 18 months-18 years and we offer a variety of classes for all abilities and interests.

All classes take place in the Houser Gymnastics Center or Dahl Gymnastics Center.

A $5.00 non-refundable fee will be applied to any program canceled by the participant. Please note we do not offer make-up gymnastics or parkour classes due to the large number of participants in our programs.

Private lessons are a great opportunity for one-on-one attention for your gymnast to continue to grow and learn. Private lessons allow for your gymnast to work on specific skills or events they need additional practice with or those that they prefer! We also offer small group lessons great for friends or siblings to work together and have some fun in the gymnastics center.

Options include:

  • 30-Minute Private 1-on-1 Gymnastics Lesson — $19
  • 60-Minute Private 1-on-1 Gymnastics Lesson — $37
  • 2-on-1 Gymnastics Lesson (60 min) — $47
  • 3+on-1 Small Group Gymnastics Lesson (60 min) — $57
