The Y offers a variety of Group Fitness Classes for all fitness levels. Y members 14+ years and older can attend both instructor-led and on-demand fitness classes at the Y at no additional cost. These classes include strength training, Zumba, cycling, yoga, pilates, high-intensity interval training, water exercise, and more.

Reservations and Drop-in Classes

NEW Reservations with YMCA360

In our classes that utilize specific equipment (examples include Interval Zone, Group Strength, Cycle, Barre Blend), members can make a reservation to hold their spot up until 5 mins prior to class start.

To reserve your spot, you can download the YMCA360 app or log in to the YMCA360 Portal on your desktop or mobile device.

*Our Cycle classes require a separate log in that connects with our bikes and software.
 
  • You can reserve your spot up to 72 hours in advance.
  • Spots that are reserved and are not claimed will be released 5 minutes prior to class for walk-in participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • If you chose to make a reservation but your plans change we ask that you cancel your reservation at least one hour prior to the start of class.

Classes with reservations will have a blue reserve button on them in the YMCA360 app.

Group Cycling reservations will continue to be made in PIQ. https://www.laxymca.org/groupcycling/

To provide a seamless login process, members will enter their zip code, select their branch, enter their email, receive a 6-digit code via email, enter that code, and you are in. You won’t have to login again unless they are on a different device. Each member that would like access to the app will need a separate email address on file. 

Make sure you are an active member at the La Crosse Area Family YMCA. Call or stop by the front desk to make sure you have the correct email address on file. 

Yes, when logged in to the app you will be able to access the barcode for every person in your Family Unit. For family barcodes to appear each person on the membership must share an email. We are working on having members with different email addresses appear in each member’s profile, as a Family Unit.
